MEET OUR LEADERS

Ms. Patterson is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Zephyr Rail. She brings decades of experience in civil engineering and rail transit, with comprehensive expertise spanning every phase of railroad engineering from conceptual design to construction management and contract administration. Her work encompasses light rail, heavy rail, commuter rail, freight rail, and high-speed rail projects. She has conducted constructability reviews across these disciplines. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from Concordia University, and an EdD in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California. She holds Professional Engineer licenses in 12 states and is a Certified Construction Manager.
