Mr. Mehraie serves as the Vice President of Program and Construction Management, bringing 29 years of experience in the rail industry, including four mega rail projects in North America with construction values exceeding $20B. He has hands-on experience in design and construction management, and design experience encompassing large, high-profile, multi-disciplinary heavy rail, light rail/transit, transportation, and bridge projects. He has extensive knowledge of program management, project alternative delivery methods (P3, Design-Build, PDA), contract administration, project procurement, budget management, third-party coordination, site supervision and inspection, evaluation and rehabilitation of existing structures, scheduling, budgeting, cost analysis, risk assessment, quantity estimating, and drafting. He has managed multi-million-dollar projects for the Los Angeles Metro, Caltrans, TTC (Toronto Transit Commission), and MTO (Ministry of Transportation of Ontario). He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Azad University and an MEng in Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering from Ryerson University and is a certified Project Management Professional.
