MEET OUR LEADERS

Mr. Files serves as the Chief People Officer, leveraging over two decades of leadership in human resources and talent acquisition. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and a retired Navy Commander, he has successfully led large, diverse teams and managed complex programs. Mr. Files focuses on workforce optimization, leading culture initiatives, and fostering organizational development for the firm. He holds an EdD in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, as well as certifications as a Project Management Professional and a Global Professional in Human Resources.
